Refund policy

At BADMUSE, we want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
